WA's Building Division is capable of undertaking all types of general building, refurbishment, and construction work. We aim to offer a high quality and reliable service throughout the East Anglian and London regions.
Our construction management team has over fifty years experience within the building industry and have carried out a whole range of projects in domestic, commercial and industrial premises.
Current client lists include private householders, facilities managers and the blue chip sector.
All our multi-skilled operatives receive regular industry training via our in-house training department, we are also extremely pro-active towards Health and Safety and produce specific method statements and risk assessments, which are overseen by the company's Health and Safety Manager.
Our highly trained professional team can offer a full pre-scheme advisory service on planning and building regulations prior to commencement and can act as planning supervisor in accordance with the construction, design management regulations. We can also offer a full project management service from inception through to completion.
